Dental Partners and Working Feedback celebrate 100,000 Reviews

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve received 100,000 patient reviews through Working Feedback, across our Dental Partner practices – the first ever dental group to do so.

We first started using Working Feedback in 2017 with 11 locations initially signed up. Five years later and all Dental Partner practices are successfully using the review platform.

This breakthrough has been achieved in association with Working Feedback, a top tier partner with a system that integrates directly with Software of Excellence and Dentally. The system collects, moderates and shares feedback through easy-to-use software and is an approved review partner for the CQC and NHS digital, which means the system also takes care of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) requirements.

Commenting on reaching this milestone, Chief Operating Officer, Caron Best , stated, ‘When we decided there was a need for us to monitor patient satisfaction and learn from it, reaching 100,000 reviews was a distant but exciting prospect.

‘Our belief in the importance of feedback has now been proven right, not only by the numbers but also what the reviews themselves say, demonstrating their worth via increased patient enquiries and our ability to react to what our patients say about us.

‘By using Working Feedback, an independent third-party service that works through our chosen software, the solution is reliable, simple and easy to use, and it works! What more could we ask for?’

Adding her voice to the celebrations, Tina Sleigh, Marketing Communications Manager, said: ‘We are patient-focused and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care. That means service is incredibly important to us and so see our patients’ feedback is key to this. That’s a significant part of why we are able, today, to celebrate our 100,000th review.’

She continued: ‘As chosen feedback system effortlessly integrates with the NHS Digital website, Google My Business and social media, we are able not only to build our online presence in a positive way and act on constructive feedback, but it also offers us the opportunity to cross-sell additional services.’
